What do I do if I will be going on leave?
Leave of Absence (medical, family, personal)
Any time you have been/will be out of work for 3 or more days, please reach out to

If you know in advance you will require a leave of absence, please let your Manager know, then contact:

Military Leave
Part-time – Please reach out to your Manager as soon as you know you will be requiring a military leave.
Full-time – Please reach out to your Manager as soon as you know you will be requiring a military leave. Prior to going on a 30 day or more
military leave, full-time employees should contact:

How do I return to work from leave?

Any doctor's notes or return to work slips must be reviewed by the appropriate HR team before returning to work. When you are ready to return to work, please contact
