Discount Tire University (DTU) offers training and resources for our employees. This training includes required courses for your learning path within the Company, skills training for personal and/or professional growth, and more. Training is available in many different modalities, including instructor-led, virtual instructor-led, self-paced, electronic books, and audio books.

Many courses offered through DTU are developed and administered by our Learning and Development team. DTU is also supplemented with content provided by outside vendors. Be sure to check out our DTU Library, which allows you to check out physical books on a variety of topics for personal and professional growth.
